Primark is an international
clothing retailer employing more than 70,000 colleagues across 15 countries in
Europe and the US. With a focus on creating great retail experiences in-store,
Primark continues to expand across new and existing markets with the aim of
reaching 530 stores by the end of 2026, including upcoming new market of
Slovakia and Hungary. Primark recently expanded into Romania, with the opening
of its Bucharest Park Lake store in December 2022. Melsam Construction was
appointed by Primark as its General Contractor for the Bucharest Park Lake
store and after successful completion and on time delivery of the project,
Primark awarded Melsam with a subsequent general contracting project for its
second location in AFI Cotroceni, Bucharest which is due to open later this
year.
