Nimet is a niche producer of piston rods and tubes for hydraulic lifting, loading and handling systems. Shortly after the start-up, the Austrian giant, Palfinger, the global market leader in cranes, entered into a joint venture with the Romanian company. In less than 10 years, the small East European manufacturer morphed into one of the most respected industry leaders, with a global presence. Melsam has been assigned by the Client as general contractor for their third factory with annex buildings – utilities and social building in Targoviste, location where the second factory is functioning at this moment.

After a successful phase 1 of the development in Medgidia, Omnia Europe have contracted Melsam as general contractor, design and build services for phase 2.  This second phase comes as a statement for the successful, long-term partnership between Omnia and Melsam. 

Primark is an international clothing retailer employing more than 70,000 colleagues across 15 countries in Europe and the US. With a focus on creating great retail experiences in-store, Primark continues to expand across new and existing markets with the aim of reaching 530 stores by the end of 2026, including upcoming new market of Slovakia and Hungary. Primark recently expanded into Romania, with the opening of its Bucharest Park Lake store in December 2022 and Bucharest AFI Mall in June 2023. Melsam Construction was appointed by Primark as its General Contractor for the 3rd store in Romania, this time in Timisoara, Iulius Mall. Melsam successfully delivered the project as scheduled in August 2024. 

Melsam has been appointed by Curent Metal as General Contractor in New Production Plant Project and handed over the works turn-key, including the offices and guest building fit-out works.

Martur Fomapk is a complex production facility situated near Pitesti, Romania. The complex includes several mixed use buildings: production, storage and administration offices. Founded in 1986, Martur Fompak is a world leading supplier in automotive seating production.
