Omnia Starch Factory is situated in Medgidia, Constanta, within approx. 103,000 m2 land next to the Danube - Black Sea Canal. The project contains main production buildings, facility buildings, administrative building and 15 corn silos adding up a total of 36,500 m2 total built area.
Melsam is assigned as General Contractor for this project, which also benefits from the State Aid Program. Construction works started immediately after obtaining the construction permit in the end of 2019.
