Fit-out works were executed for client NEPI INVESTMENT, which occupies approx. 1,600 m2 GLA inside the new built extension of Auchan Mall. It contains 6 cinema halls which provide 1,087 seats in total, the biggest hall with 310 seats (350 m2) and the smallest with 83 seats (125 m2). Also the Lobby, Popcorn Bar, Nescafe Area, Cashiers Area and Premises are executed according to the architectural/ interior design. With hard work, concentration and fast-solutions applied by Melsam, Cinema City Deva was opened at the same time with the Mall extension, for the first time in the history of NEPI ? Cinema City collaboration.
